Fabulous established company in the health and wellness sector looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join them.This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for overseeing various aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of products. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy and implementing best practices for consumer goods warehousing.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
• Plan and organize daily warehouse activities.
• Receive, unload from truck, store, or ship consumer goods.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, stock rotated & optimize space.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile stock levels.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Maintain order fulfillment procedures and minimise any processing errors.
• Prepare pallets for distributors and/or interstate delivery.
• Delivery of products to clients and 3rd party logistics company's
• Maintain communication with the office.
• Report any issues and extra information to the director.
• Ensure compliance with work health safety regulations.
• Drop off and pick-up vehicles from maintenance/service shops when required.
• Delegate and work with the warehouse team.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Leadership skills
• Forklift license.
• Driver's license
