PERL | DANCER | MYSQL | LINUX | MVC | AJAX | JAVASCRIPT

Perl developer required to join a pioneering information systems business, to lead the way in a major change in direction , this will be additional Perl Developer and has arisen due to neutral growth. You will need long term vision and have strong technical ability to drive this project.

- Aid in the migration of a proprietary database to an SQL compliant database.
- Develop tools for import and data cleansing.
- Maintain an M.V.C. framework to create, edit and delete entities.
- Maintain and develop synchronisation processes between in house and external systems.

- Create and develop tests.

- Maintain software versioning standards.
- Participate and advise on system design and architecture.
- Maintain the various templating systems.

Skillset

- 3 -5 years' experience of Perl programming.
- Dancer Framework is a nice to have
- Solid knowledge of Web technologies not limited to but including HTML, CSS, AJAX and Javascript
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with DBIx::Class and Catalyst.
