Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Store Manager for a retail store in Scunthorpe.

The retailer has stores in key locations in the UK and has plans to open more over the coming years.

Main Responsibilities:

- Achieve profit targets by maximising sales and minimising costs.
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of display, both in the window and internally, as per the visual merchandising guidelines.
- Achieve and maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and cleanliness throughout the store premises.
- Ensure all relevant administration is completed on time and according to company guidelines.
- Ensure all financial, cash handling and security procedures are adhered to as per company guidelines.
- The ability to make commercial decisions at store level.
- Working in a fast paced environment.
- Dealing with various product categories.
- Managing staff performance and ability to coach and inspire to drive results.
- Communication with head office, neighbouring stores and regional management.
- Market knowledge and awareness of the local area.


The starting salary will be between £19,000 and £22,000 dependant on experience, and is reviewed throughout your career.
